This book is actually an essay written by Harry G. Frankfurt in 1986. It explains the difference between liars and bullshitters. The main difference is that liars know the truth and decide to deceive and bullshitters could not care less about the truth, and deceive. This is a phenomenal book for anyone who is interested in propaganda or political communication.
